The Iris Borosilicate Glass Incense Holder transforms a functional incense holder for sticks into a small glass sculpture. Formed by hand from high-borosilicate glass, the piece takes the shape of an open iris flower, with layered translucent ivory petals, softly irregular edges, a green glass leaf extending from the base, and restrained yellow details around the flower center.

The hand-forming process gives the petals their fluid, slightly uneven contours and dimensional surface. Small variations in petal position, height, thickness, local surface texture, and overall proportions are characteristic of individually handmade glasswork rather than production defects.

Its open floral form allows a slender incense stick to rise naturally from the center, while the surrounding glass petals create a sculptural focal point on a tabletop or ritual surface.
